The goal of this research is to build experiential learning contexts that engage local Okanagan communities in environmental care through creative processes that are embodied, site specific and participatory. Insights and actions will be recorded and collected through artistic research methods, indigenous research methods and ethnographic tools. The types of creative processes will be analyzed and examined for what kind of change may be  brought about through various practices. Experiential learning contexts as spaces of transformation would also be reflected upon. Research findings will be exhibited in gallery exhibitions, public spaces and disseminated through academic scholarly journals and conferences.
